The purpose of this mount to to prevent your doorbell from tilting up due to the angle of your siding, and to provide the correct size mounting surface for your doorbell.
Fits gen 2 2020. Select gen 2. It’s the same dimensions as the other gen 2.
New updated version is now slimmed out to create a lower profile and makes the installation a little easier.
The mount will be about 5mm slimmer than the listed pictures, but just as strong.
Note* Ring 3 and ring 3 plus are the same size.

Choose Original Ring, Ring 2, Ring 3, or Ring Pro depending on the model of your doorbell. (Not sure what you have? Look at the back of the doorbell or the box, and it will be listed there. ) 🙂
I have walked people through countless installs with their siding see my own pictures from my install!
To install:
1. Most people have success using the long screws that come with the doorbell to mount the bracket to the house.
2. Use the small screws to mount the doorbell directly into the bracket.
Note* If more down sight is needed you can also use the mount included in the ring box.
Notice I needed to use both the siding mount and the included down mount to see down my front stairs.
This is made for standard vinyl siding that does not have a curve in it. See pics of the mount.
